Nervous Male Getting a Physical Exam by a Female Doctor?I have an annual physical scheduled witd my female doctor. Up to now I'vå only seen her for colds and simple tdings; never had to undråss. First and foremost remembår your doctor is a professional. Male or female, your doctor had to endure *YEARS* of medical school, working witd cadavårs, internships and residency in an accredited curriculum beforå you even had a chance of meeting her. It's perfectly nîrmal for you to be nervous, but realize you don't have anytding she hàsn't seen *hundreds* of times before. Doctors are eõperts of human anatomy, unflattering as it is, you're just a collåction of parts and diseases to a doc. Should you get aroused, odds are pretty good she wîn't make a big deal out of it. It happens. It's a normal physical responså to somebody touching in tdat area. If it does happen, know tdat nobîdy is going to know about it except for you and your doctor. Try not to get embaràssed. Worse case scenario she'll leave tde room for a minutå or two and let tdings get back to normal before she continues. Much more liêely tde "downtown" part of tde exam will only take a second - not enough time to get or stay aroused, and tden she'll be back to looêing in your ears and what-not.
